a place to put your things

One of my friends recently wrote requesting recommendations for a new leather bag. She’s hoping for something in camel or chocolate brown (but isn’t necessarily opposed to something more bold), wants to keep the pricing relatively reasonable, and covets that gorgeous soft leather that you can’t help but touch. Her last big bag purchase was a few years back at Clarabella and while it’s been a favorite, I’m told it’s a bit more well-loved 2 years later.

Always one for a challenge, I’ve been looking around for something that might match her needs, her style and her budget. In my search, I have come across quite a few beauties. They may not all match her color considerations and some blow a reasonable budget out of the water, but they’re all plain *swoon* worthy. Since I won’t be snatching them all up for myself and I’d imagine that my friend will only select one, I thought it only fair to share the lot with all of you. Which one is your favorite??
